Global Systems Engineering is uniquely qualified to help government agencies develop next generation resolutions to high level mission critical problems. Our wide range of technical expertise in science, engineering, integration and acquisition enables us to provide sources to support or improve government organizational policy development, decision-making, and\/or research and development activities. We provide support to major science and technology organization such as the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and the Defense Health Services and have served as an impartial broker to provide government advisory services throughout the technology development lifecycle.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n GSE offers communication strategies that explain complex scientific concepts to relevant partners. We often serve as a translational bridge between scientists, technology developers, and researchers and non-technical operators or government program managers. GSE cultivates the \u201cso what?\u201d significance, helping highly technical experts message the impact of their research on society, so they can engage with a wider audience. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Provide development, execution and after-action support for various events. Facilitate operator engagement to participate in training, workshops, exercises and demonstrations. Coordinate plan development, logistics planning and execution, execution, data collection, data analysis and reporting. Develop participant and observers guides and handbooks. Lead the preparation of the final demonstration report in coordination with other performers and government personnel.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n GSE designs, plans, facilitates and evaluates exercise and training activities for any audience. Our planning experts work to identify strengths and challenges in existing plans, procedures, and strategies, delivering tailored exercise and training programs with measurable outcomes. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n GSE has experience with developing staff-orienting discussion-based table-top exercises and seminars to familiarize staffs with roles, plans, procedures, and \/ or tools (or equipment). We have experience with small to large-scale operational drills that test an organization\u2019s ability to respond to a simulated event within the scope of its role, authority, plans, and \/ or procedures. GSE also has experience with full-scale exercises to evaluate the capabilities of an organization in a realistic environment with increasingly complex conditions. GSE promotes a common approach to training and exercise design and development, conduct, evaluation and improvement scheme that enhance consistency in partner preparedness to respond to any catastrophic event.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n GSE delivers products that are a step beyond text-heavy bureaucratic language, integrating modern, innovative, and suitable communication materials to support clients\u2019 programmatic intent. Our products serve as professional messaging aids that build advocacy and support around desired objectives.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Manage coordination across all program performers, event scheduling and overall risk management for successful program execution. Project management and integration activities including coordinating the actions of stakeholders, performers, sponsors, and partners, and facilitating applicable meetings, conferences, working groups, and symposiums related to the conduct of the program. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Assist the Program Managers (PM), Operational and Technical Leads in the concept development, planning, logistics\/administration, execution and evaluation of all program events including workshops, exercises, demonstrations and meetings.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Provide technical experts and facilitators. Produce Meeting, Workshop and Exercise Plans and After-Action Reports from the program events. Assist the PM and other leads in identifying gaps; analyzing the accuracy, viability and utility of proposed technologies; and demonstrating applied technology solutions. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Provide technical expertise and research analysis for transition activities associated with developed solutions, to include assisting in documenting all program solutions, active liaison with applicable end-users or stakeholders, coordination and execution of transition activities such as meetings and workshops.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Provide technical and administrative support for projects to include maintenance of project schedules, coordination of bi-weekly project status reviews, coordination of briefings in support of regular program reviews, and provision of logistics.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Provide technical expertise to define and measure project success. This includes an organized process to measure system effectiveness using various criteria. Define the relevant operational Issues and how technological enhancements will address those issues. Determine and measure metrics. Inform the PM and other stakeholders of the effectiveness (or ineffectiveness) of proposed solutions so that optimal technology investment decisions can be made. Assist in the development of Technology Readiness Evaluation (TRE) plans. Identify accepted methodologies for testing and evaluating technologies and for conduct of TRE and Technology Readiness Assessments (TRA). <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Provide analysis and engineering support to ensure a systems approach to challenging problems. Ensure efficiency, affordability, and agility in performance. Properly articulate project objectives and end-states and identify measurable metrics of success. Ensure highly trained and experienced personnel are on staff to accomplish these services<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Provide round-the-clock dedicated and independent Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and high yield Explosive (CBRNE) technical and analytical operational support. Provide specialized trained personnel. Support technical Reachback activities including support of DOD enterprises and operational support to Combatant Commanders and their staffs. Support other federal, state, and local government activities.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Provide subject matter experts who interface with program technology teams and program management to advise in the development and design of various technical solutions. This includes making recommendations on the C2 architecture, development, testing, and evaluation of new technology in addition to development of associated Concepts of Operation and tactics, techniques and procedures that contribute to the end state of the technical effort which is to improve situational awareness, understanding, and decision making in a CBRN environment. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Provide research analysis and expertise to Project Technical Leads, which includes assisting in identifying gaps; analyzing the accuracy, viability and utility of proposed technologies; and demonstrating applied technology solutions.
