Key Role:
Provide comprehensive and routine administrative support to the Global Systems Engineering (GSE) client facing staff. Apply knowledge of various team operations, organizational procedures, and project schedules in support of multiple GSE efforts with various federal government clients. Contribute to the development of client deliverables to include coordinating, drafting, and editing GSE contractual requirements to include reports, briefs, proposals, and other generated products. Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. Attend meetings and interface with GSE personnel and clients to coordinate and draft e-mails, meetings agendas, and maintain meeting records.  Provide routine administrative and logistics support to large scale events and event planning initiatives to include administrative travel support functions. Ensure operation of office equipment by completing routine manufacturer recommended preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, investigating required repairs, and maintaining equipment supply inventories.
Additional Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with providing executive level administrative support in the federal government or government contracting career field

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Ability to travel domestically or internationally (up to 25%)
-Ability to prepare presentation materials, schedule meetings, and coordinate event calendars
-Ability to manage multiple complex calendars with multiple constraints and arrange travel logistics or meeting management
-Ability to effectively work as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment, including juggling multiple tasks and demands
-Ability to anticipate requirements, take initiative, and perform proactively
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
-Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
-Ability to demonstrate independent critical thinking as part of a collaborative team
-HS diploma or GED

-Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) Certification preferred
